PGRLF, Setuza and Český olej closed agreement on settlement today

The Subsidiary and Guarantee Rural and Forestry Fund, a.s. (PGRLF), Setuza a.s., and Český olej a.s., closed an agreement on settlement today which means a final solution of outstanding debt of PGRLF of the company Setuza.

Lesy of the Czech Republic (further only Lesy CR) protests forcefully against a way of publication and a content of letter of Czech Association of entrepreneurs in forest management (ČAPLH) because it had not been delivered before the publication in medias to not one from the addressed; i.e. the Ministry of Agriculture and management of Lesy CR. This way of negotiation is supposed as levity and falls in a communication strategy of ČPLH which is based on guesses without a concrete knowledge of matter, primary outputs and outputs. The negotiation of ČAPLH is considered as one of pressure methods how to achieve privileged position and advantages at the expense of other competitors and so affect an even approach of Lesy CR to all applicants in selective proceedings.

Results of research realized at the University in Slovenian Maribor indicate excellent anti-oxidative and antibacterial affections which could be used in natural food-conservative means or in pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.

Gandalovič: Budvar almost runs out of breath

According to the Minister of Agriculture Petr Gandalovič, Budějovice Budvar, the third biggest brewery in the Czech Republic runs out of breath. In the minister’s opinion the brewery need a powerful partner for further growth. “I feel that without a strategic partner the brewery can not develop anywhere and does not have a possibility to use a huge potential of its trademark”, Gandalovič said in a discussion for MF Dnes.
