According to Gandalovič, the state should at the same time ensure farmers advantageous conditions for hire purchase of land.

Mistake in law: firms cut however they like

Firms can cut trees with a trunk with girth up to 80 cm. It is dealt with most trees growing outside forests, ecologists are angry. When a supermarket network Lidl cut around their supermarkets trees recently so that they would not be in the view of the shop, it had to plant out ten times more trees than it had cut. Otherwise it would have to pay many-million fines. Currently, it would come off with impunity to Lidl. From December last year, an amendment of law on conservation of nature is in force which enables firms to cut trees on their parcel even without permission of a town or a municipality.
