Farmers from Vrcovice will process all their milk; there is interest in products

Husbands Ciboch´s in mini-dairy works in Vrcovice in the region Písek process roughly 300 liters of milk daily from their 25 cows. They produce traditional yoghurts, cottage cheese, natural cheeses, spreads, and butter. Originally, they had an automatic machine for fresh milk in near-by Písek, however, owing to decreasing interest they switched to milk products. They sell them both directly from the farm and in several shops. “The biggest people´s interest is in yoghurts which represents roughly a half of our total production”, Petra Cichová said to ČTK.
