Feed law

A “feed enterprise” is every private or public enterprise, profitable or unprofitable, which realizes an activity related to a production, processing, stocking, transport or distribution of feeds, including a producer which produces, processes of stocks feed intended for feeding of animals in own farming.

Zgarba is going to stop traffic in pieces of land

The Minister of Agriculture Petr Zgarba set for a fight against wrong restituents who speculates with agricultural land. It is dealt with individuals, groups of persons, but also legal entities. They all buy out restitution claims from entitled persons and through legal proceedings than they demand from the Land fund of the CR giving up of concrete pieces of land, in which they are interested in and which they “directly point at”.

Who sell grapes this year in buy-outs, those will lose

In Southern-Moravia a buy-out of grapes started. However, a price in buy-outs will cover not even costs to growers and they will lose. Vine-growers fear for a fate of vineyards. It is even said that vineyards will cease. Their owners do not want to take care of them. A small old-fashioned tractor with a truck loaded with grapes goes on a verge towards Kobylí every while. Growers of vine behind the steering wheel carry a crop to a local buy-out. However, they don't take a pleasure in it.
