Zgarba with Paroubek will find extra money also for farmers

The state wants to add money for agricultural direct subsidies for next year. It was a result of an agreement of representatives of the Agrarian Chamber with the Premiere and the Minister of Agriculture. From the agreement it also follows that key supports to farmers should represent roughly 63 percents of a level in old EU member states. A regulation will be proposed to the government according to which the chapter of the Ministry of Agriculture will be strengthened by two milliard crowns, said Zgarba. “We will meet again in January to negotiate about other 800 million crowns”, he added. According to Paroubek this remaining sum should go from savings in frame of the Ministry of Agriculture.
