SVA: Situation with bird flu seems to be stabilized

To date (2.5.2006) Regional Veterinary Association for South-Bohemia region cancelled completely first two protective zones, around Týn nad Vltavou and around Mirochov. A spokesman of the State Veterinary Association CR (SVA), Josef Duben, informed about it. Other zones will be cancelled, according to his data, since 9.5., unless other bird died of bird flu is find out which is, however, not much probable.

MŽP published first summary report on integrated pollution register

The Ministry of Environment CR (MŽP) issued a publication “Integrated pollution register – Summary report 2004”. It represents data announced by particular enterprises in a global form and it evaluates also the first experience with introduction of an integrated pollution register (IRZ) in the Czech Republic.

Temperatures till the end of week will exceed 20 degrees

While April farewelled by rather chilly weather, the first May day brought again sun which should maintain the whole week. Till its end the sky will be somewhat cloudy to almost clear, temperatures over 20 degrees Celsius. May will be average regarding temperatures and rain falls, meteorologists assert. Somewhat cloudy to cloudy sky will accompany us already during this day. The highest afternoon temperatures will move between 14 to 18 degrees, in the mountains about ten degrees Celsius.

Slovak agriculture will show profit over the last year

The last year management of a chapter of the Ministry of Agriculture SR by means of provided direct payments and other subsidiary means manifested itself also in the total management of subjects of agricultural basic industry. It is stated in a proposal of final account of the chapter MP SR over the year 2005 which the SR government took cognizance of last week. Incomes of the MP SR chapter for 2005 were approved in height of 325 371 million crowns.
