MŽP published proposal of national allocation plan

A proposal of national allocation plan, a tool for trading with greenhouse-gas emissions was published for a discussion today by the Ministry of Environment. The proposal is booked by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. After termination of month public debate and elaboration of relevant suggestions it will be put forward to government’s approval and then sent to be approved in the European Commission.

In seven years a milliard should go to support fishery; 75 percent from EU

More than a milliard crowns should be in next seven years aimed to support domestic breeding and fish processing as well as improvement of water environment in frame of operational program fishery which will serve to drawing money from the European Fishery Fund. 27,1 million euros (about 770 million crowns) is earmarked for the Czech Republic for years 2007 to 2013. The national co-financing should represent roughly nine million euros (approximately 260 million crowns). It results from a material which the Ministry of Agriculture will put forward to the government on Wednesday. Money from the program is divided in several measures. The fist one includes investment in production, for example in building or modernization of production facilities and mud-removal of ponds. The aim is to maintain the yearly production of 20 000 tons of fresh-water fish till 2013.

Restitution after year: Speculators will end

A year after the daily Aktuálně.cz revealed machination with restitution pieces of land the last week remains – than the state will cut off financial compensation to speculators. “On base of “restitution point” people who bought-out restitution claims from the original restituents (so called assignors) have to at the latest next Monday submit a petition for financial compensation for non-accorded pieces of land”, Michal Bureš, the spokesman of Land Fund confirmed it to the daily Aktuálně.cz.

Company MYLLYKOSKI will move planned papermill in German Plattling

MYLLYKOSKI continues in the restructuring process in frame of which teh company plans termination of production in the papermill in Dachau with yearly production 230 thousand painted magazine paper. At the same time it was decided that the planned production of papermill Labe Papír in Opatovice, which was intended to produce non-painted magazine paper, will move from the planned locality in Opatovice in south-German Plattling. There Myllykoski operates one of its papermills. The termination of production in Dachau will have strengthening effect on demand for painted magazine papers. The production capacity in Dachau is approximately 20 % of the total capacity of painted magazine paper Myllykoski”, reported Sverre Norrgard, the president and executive director Myllykoski Corporation.
