CR came out definitely against proposal of common wine market organization
According to the Minister of Agriculture of CR Petr Gandalovič, a present form of proposal of common organization of wine market does not impeach suggestions of many member states. A directress of communication division of the Ministry of Agriculture of CR (MZe) Ilona Chalupská informed on it today. According to MZe, nor suggestions of the European Parliament and the association of European viticultural regions were included. So, the proposal is very similar to a proposal introduced in last year that is why it is unacceptable in the present form for the Czech Republic.
Number of diseases from meat and eggs increases
Number of people who have fell ill of so called campylobacteriosis increases in a region. However, a curve of number of diseases of salmonelosis is still steeper. Specialists connect it with a consuming of products or foods from contaminated eggs which were badly thermally treated. While last year south-Bohemian hygienists registered 405 cases of campylobacterioses in the first twenty seven weeks of the year; this year the number in the same period increased to 439. Year-on-year growth in salmonellas is higher - last year 458 people fell ill to the 27th week; this year hygienists have recorded as much as 532. he numbers do not include all ill people because many of them heal on their own.
In Austrians' point of view the Czech Republic does not fulfill agreement from Melk
Almost three quarters of Austrians believe that the Czech Republic doesn't fulfill the treaties from Melk which among other thinks place them a duty to inform Vienna on breakdowns in the nuclear power station in Temelín. According to an agency APA it results from the newest investigation published today by an agency Oekonsult. Austrian government is according to the overwhelming majority of inhabitants of the alpine republic inconsistent in procedure towards nuclear power station near Austrian borders.
Veterinarians looks for person with virus of flu on his/her shoe
The Veterinary Administration has resolved to an unusual step. With the aid of the police it they started to look for a person who spreads the virus of bird flu in the region Ústí nad Orlicí. It is not dealt with any April report. Veterinarians have a suspicion that an unknown person can step into bird dropping which contained the flu virus. He/she could spread the disease on his/her shoes in the East-Bohemian area.
