EU will again enable to feed ruminants with fish-meal

Efforts above all of British cattle breeders to reintroduce feeding ruminants with fish-meal were answered. The European Parliament (EP) support effort so that feeding ruminants with fish-meal would be reintroduced. As an Austrian press agrarian agency AIZ announced the European Parliament responded to the initiative of British representatives with approval of a resolution during the second July week.

Zetor increased half-year takings to three billion; profit is 194 million

Brno group Zetor increased takings over first half-year this year year-on-year by 13,2 percent and exceeded a border of three billion crowns. A profit grew by 2,9 percent to 194 million. The government passed a National Strategic Plan for area of fishery and an Operational Program Fishery for 2007 - 2013 yesterday. The most significant news for fishery branch is the existence of a single Operational Program Fishery. The single operational program for fishery has appeared in the Czech Republic for the first time; in past fishery fell under OP Agriculture.
