Problems of Lesy are bigger than billion arbitration

Officers and politicians have led the state enterprise Lesy CR, one of the biggest firms in the country, in a critical situation. Partly almost three-billion arbitration threats to the Czech Republic due to Lesy. German company InterTrade Im- & Export Beteiligungs requires almost one hundred million Euro in return that Lesy did not manage to announce correctly many-billion commissions for forestry works two years ago. However, scrapes by far not ended in 2005. The state enterprise managing a half of forests in the country can not submit commission up to the present day. Private firms have thrown out that they can demand other compensation.

Natural monument in Krnov is closed due to underflooded land

A ban of entrance is in force in a locality of natural monument Staré Hliniště in Krnov. A local land is owing to hard rains from the end of last week so much underflooded and unstable that there is a threat of blow-down of threes. A spokeswoman of the city hall Dita Círová said it today to ČTK. An access path was closed by a tape by town policemen. “The ban is valid for all, so also for mushroom-pickers who go frequently in this locality at this time”, the spokeswoman reported. A manager of the Centre of Ecological Education in Krnov, Martin Bodešínský, added that moreover water flooded a meadow on a bottom of former pit for brick-clay mining. Waterproof underlay also obstructs water in-leak. The clay pit is full of rain water and water from surrounding field.

An author introduces a detailed review of all legal enactment connected with the production and introduction bio-foods on market and required administrative operations to open production as well as mechanisms including contact addresses of particular responsible subjects (valid for the whole area of bio-foods production). From point of view of the specialized branch of brewing industry there are introduced technological requirements for bio-malt and bio-beer production (a ban of treatment of final products by ionization radiation, admissibility of concurrent production of classical and bio-production without duty to introduce a special organizational measure as sealing of fermentative or lager barrels, ability to control particular parts, to inform in advance on a planned term of production of bio-products).

USA tries to catch up Russian nuclear energetics

A share of nuclear energetics in total energy production in Russian should double to 25 percents by the year 2030 in comparison with the present state. American regulator Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will get 12 applications this year for an agreement to build new nuclear reactors at seven various places in the USA. A purposeful Russian government set a partial target for fulfillment of its task to put into operation 10 new reactors in 2015 and other 10 should be in different stage of building. Also American government hopes in revitalization of nuclear energetics. Its office for regulation of nuclear energetics NCR expects this year adoption of 12 applications for building of new reactors at 7 new places. It will have to make similar decision for the first time after 30 years. Other 15 applications for 11 new places it expects next year.
