Setuza ends with production of margarine
Joint-stock company Setuza prepares a termination of production of fats and margarines in its operations in Ústí which should take place in last October day this year. A spokeswoman of the company Marie Logrová informed on it. According to her data the firm takes up a contract closed by the former management at the beginning of this year by means of which trade-markes of plant edible fats and margarines were sold to a foreign company KäKä Sweden which is a member of an Orkla Group. In spite of all efforts new firm management of Setuza did not succeeded to continue in cooperation with the mentioned companies and by the 31st of October production of fats and margarines of trade-mark Alfa, Sella, Diana, Bianka, Omega, Ceres Soft, Lukana and Favorit will have finished.
ČSSD: finalization of building of sewage plant is far away
A councilman for environment representing the Green Party, Petr Štěpánek, faced a sharp criticism at a meeting of a town infrastructure committee yesterday. A chairman of the committee, a social democrat Miroslav Poche denounces the councilman for a lax approach concerning a reconstruction of Prague central sewage plant in Troja. “The sewage plant reconstruction should be one of the biggest priorities for present councilmen. However, Petr Štěpánek has not started to spend allotted financial means for realization yet. Nor it is not decided what technology will be used and how sewage conception will be solved”, Poche said to Právo and added that it is necessary to start to build as soon as possible.
Gandalovič: We will put through increase of milk quotas
A gradual annual increase of milk quotas by 5-6% within present minimization of fines imposed to producers for exceeding of quota - this is a plan of ministers of agriculture of countries of Viszegrad four (V-4) in which the Czech Republic takes the chair. Czech Minister of Agriculture Petr Gandalovič emphasized it at a meeting in frame of informal Council of Ministers of Agriculture and Fishing in Porto. According to him the V-4 initiative aims at a complete removal of milk quotas in 2014-15. Ministers of V-4 want to introduce the requirement at the forthcoming Council of Ministers of Agriculture and Fishing in Brussels.
LPIS could be opened for public from next year
The Ministry of Agriculture of CR (MZe) time takes steps at present which would enable to make a selected data of the Real Estate Register in LPIS for agricultural activity accessible. The Deputy Minister of Agriculture Stanislav Kozák reported it in reaction to request of the chairman of the Union of Marginal Areas (SMO) Milan Boleslav. According to his words it is not possible to count on it by this year end but next year.
