Change of climate will endanger especially cities
Big towns are centers of our global society. If municipalities with less than 10 000 inhabitants are not subsidized from outside, apparently they will not provide a complete health care. Towns to 100 000 inhabitants probably will not have enough centers of higher education and own orchestra. And there is a huge difference between a million- and five-million city in offer of work opportunities - especially for specialists.
Seller in a stall in Říčany offered stum “christened” with water
The state Agricultural and Food Inspection (SZPI) also this year sampled stum in various parts of the CR which are after that analyzed in a laboratory in Brno. Till this time analyses of eleven taken samples are known from which one did not satisfy requirements set by legal regulations for this beverage because it contained added water. Same as in wine it is not possible to so called multiply stum with exogenous water. Stum contained minimally 41 percent of exogenous water.
Policemen in Ústí found illegal trap for birds of pray
Policemen in Ústí found a special trap near the street Za válcovnou on Thursday which most likely made for trapping of birds of prey. According to an assistant manager of town police Jan Novotný there was a live pigeon inside of an iron clapping cage; even it has water and grain here. “The trap was than taken over by police which investigates the case, Veronika Beranová”, a spokeswoman of the police in Ústí said to ČTK today.
Three bulls from France can go to the Czech Republic
In connection with occurrence of a foot-and-mouth disease in the Great Britain and a due ban of export of live animals from British islands the State Veterinary Administration of the Czech Republic examined whether this ban is kept. In two last months, from August to the 19th September no delivery either of cattle or sheep was received. On that occasion, on base of control system TRACES which monitors movement of all animals in the EU was found out that no cattle was imported either from surrounding member states. Except three breeding bulls from France which came in the CR at the end of August. They have an appropriate veterinary certificate.
