MA announced a competition for advisory firm in transformation of Budvar

The Czech Republic by means of the Ministry of Agriculture CR (MA) and Budějovice Budvar, national enterprise, put up a public commission for providing advisory services in transformation of the national enterprise Budějovice Budvar to a join-stock company. As today a spokesman of MA Petr Vorlíček informed, the proposal was signed by the Minister of Agriculture Petr Gandalovič and the general director of Budvar, n.e., Jiří Boček today. A representative subject of MA for reception of offers and written inquiries of applicants to the entering documentation is the Law office Kindl & partners which was chosen in accordance with law No. 137/2006 Col. on public commissions.

Oliva: Lesy CR has to get government conception and than to look for managers

The State enterprise Lesy of the Czech Republic (LCR) has to get at first a clear conception approved directly by the government and only then to look for managers who will realize it. A former long-standing general director of LCR Jiří Oliva said it to ČTK today. Looking for a chief of LCR after Jiří Holický, who resigned today, Oliva marked as a further pushing a rabbit from a hat. “Now LCR is politically embezzled enterprise which is only supposed to fulfill somebody's political or economic interests”, said Oliva, who managed the state forests from their beginning in 1992 to the year 2003. According to Oliva a conception of functioning of the state forests cannot be created with people who nobody knows, who are not expert authorities and who appear in the enterprise for half a year.

Butter is expensive in vain. Reduction of price is real
