A new programming period offers substantially bigger opportunities to interested people than which there were in 2004-2006. In a number of competent applicants for a support from EU resources to whom foregoing six part of our serial was devoted we do not have to forget common citizens – non-entrepreneurs whose endowment opportunities the final part is focused to.
Birds die of boiled food
Picking, rests from dinner kill tens of birds every winter in Zlín. Boiled domestic food is for birds absolutely unsuitable. A photographer of Zlínský deník during his walks in Zlín found for example a feeder full of toasts and dumplings. “Salted, spicy and cooked foods are killing for birds. They cause them serious problem s of digestive organs whit which a bird body can not cope with”, an agent and ornithologist of the North-Bohemia Regional Association of the Czech Conservationists Union Miroslav Dvorský warned. According to him, a boiled food saturates water which freezes in low winter temperatures. “The mentioned toasts are moreover full of overburnt oil which causes to birds serious intestinal problems ending tragically. The same consequences can happen after eating fresh dumplings” , Dvorský explained.
Czech firms can participate in renewal of Greece after conflagrations
Czech firms can participate in renewal of fire-damaged areas in Greece. Greek government plans to expend for the whole renewal in following five years almost 650 million EUR. A spectrum of actions is very wide and so it is dealt with a very good entrepreneurial opportunity for Czech entrepreneurs. Last year’s devastating conflagrations hit in Greece many branches, especially agriculture, forestry, production of olives and grapevine, bee-keeping and animal production. Greek government is going to remove damages and especially to achieve improvement in prevention of fires and floods.
ČSÚ: In the third week price of bread raised significantly, tomatoes and rolls cheapened
In Czech shops in the third January week prices of bread increased almost by tenth; also carrot, bananas, yoghurts, oranges and potatoes were more expensive compared to the previous week. Consumers could buy cheaper tomatoes, white rolls and paprikas. Prices of Edam cheese and butter decreased slightly. It results from regular investigation of the Czech Statistic Office. Kilogram of caraway bread cost 23,61 crowns, so by 1,86 crowns more than a week ago. Carrot increased in price by 1,59 crowns to 15,57 CZK/kg. Sellers charged 32,05 crowns for a kilogram of bananas, so by 1,33 crowns more.
