It is possible to require non-financial damage for long lawsuits

Most of entitled persons demanding delivery of property, whether from restitution claims or transformation shares, has a bad experience with a length of relevant lawsuits. However, not all knows that in case of long-draggy suits it is possible to urge the state, so not the obligatory persons, to compensate so-called non-financial damage. It is possible to do it according to Czech legislative about whose existence nor judges themselves have always idea. Therefore it is necessary to act strictly according to appropriate paragraphs.

EU supported partially producers of pig meat

Not only Czech breeders have problems with a low price for slaughter pigs. Also in neighbouring Germany farm price of pigs becomes a breeder’s nightmare. No wonder that the price of pig became one of the main points of negotiations of ministers of agriculture at a meeting on the 18th of February in Brussels. At this negotiation, ministers supported pig meat producers. On the proposal from Germany the Union prolonged a period for so called private storage by three months. It enables producers to frozen pig meat at first for some time and than to bring it again on a market.

CSO found out that vegetable raised in price and apples cheapened this week

Some foods again raised in price in shelves of Czech groceries this week. According to a regular investigation of the Czech Statistic Office was more expensive, especially vegetable, but for example also sugar, bread and pastry or some milk products. On the contrary butter, eggs, mineral waters and flour cheapened. Also apples were substantially cheaper as it results from statistic finding.

The president of AKČR (Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic) is expected to express not only verbally in TV and radio but also written questions for him are received as well as he takes a stand to a certain concrete topics. This time he discharged two topical subjects. One of them were supermarkets and their operation on the Czech market. Ivan Oravec, the Slovak president of Agricultural and Foods Chamber SPPK, a colleague of Jan Veleba, expressed to a certain negotiation from an authority’s position to chains on the AKČR page in Zemědělec last week.
