Fourth round of reception of applications for money from RDP will start in June
Specified rules for spending financial means from the Rural Development Program of CR (RDP) were approved by the Minister of Agriculture Petr Gandalovič today. A spokesman of the Ministry of Agriculture Petr Vorlíček informed on it and added that applicants can submit projects worked out according to these rules in the 4rt round of reception of applications for support in measures “Addition of value to agricultural and food products” and “Support of travel movement from 10th to 30th June”.
May in hunting

That’s why it is essential to keep a ban of free movement of dogs and reckless motorcykle and quadricycle drivers in hunting grounds. Roe deer changes coat from winter brown-grey to summer one with red tone. District hunting associations of the Czech-Bohemian Hunting Union (ČMMJ) organize shows of hunted game trophies on which expert and laic public can judge quality of hunted game in particular regions and hunting grounds.
Peat moors in Krušné mountains are wetland of international significance
On Wednesday on the 14th May peat moors in Krušné mountains will be declared in sequence already the twelfth Czech wetland of international significance. A unique peaty complex on talus springs of underground water arose in Krušné mountains. A part of the wetland is Cínovecké peat moor, Novodomské peat moor, Svatošebestiánská, Kovářská, Božídarské peat moor and Rolava. The total acreage of the wetland is 11 224 hectares.
The first May weekend belongs to bird singing
Friday the 2nd of May is celebrated for 25 years as the Bird Singing World Day. Ornithological excursion tours and walks to welcome bird singing starts to be offered already from today at various placed of the republic. A spokesman of the Ministry of Environment CR (MŽP) Jakub Kašpar informed on it today. According to his data the first public spring welcome of bird singing was organized by bird lovers in British Birmingham in May 1983. Who will not able to get at any action in landscape can admire bird voices at least from a window or on pages of Czech broadcasting (http://www.rozhlas.cz/hlas).
