Hygiene assurance in food-industry operations
Thanks to optimally constructed machinery which is used in food industry, an amount of possible risks during production decreases. In producers who produce foods with a high content of proteins and fats, concerning especially meat and meat products, fish, and cheeses, a special emphasis is put on hygiene during their production. In this case the highest hygiene standard in all steps proceeding from raw-materials processing to packaging of the above mentioned foods is required. New technological adjustments are checked thoroughly to reach decrease of operational costs and resulting prices.
German farmers cancelled blockades of dairy works, however, they demonstrate on
German farmers supplying fresh milk on the market followed Tuesday suggestion of Federal Dairy Farmers Association (BDM) and cancelled almost all blockades of dairy works. Instead of that they demonstrate now against low buy-out prices of milk in front of centrals of retail chains. They also continue in boycott of milk supplies which they started last week on Tuesday. According to The German federation of the dairy industry (MIV) blockades by means of which farmers gradated their protests at the weekend were cancelled throughout Germany.
UNO wants to stop fast disappearance of natural species
A crucial fortnight conference of the UNO, dealing with a protection of natural species diversity and a fight against alarming speed with which plant and animal species disappear in the whole world, ended on Friday in Bonn. More than hundred of ministers of environment and heads of three states joined delegates from 191 states for the last three days. They all looked for an agreement on further enlargement of protected areas, increase in protection of forests, seas and oceans, and development of bio-fuels in a way which will not endanger diversity of natural species. A deputy minister of environment for nature and landscape protection František Pelc spoke at the conference on behalf of the Czech Republic.
Private marks of foods S-BUDGET enter in Czech market
Many food products for significantly low prices with name S-BUDGET are introduced on inland market by a company SPAR. From the 18th of June 2008 (25th week) supermarkets SPAR and hypermarkets INTERSPAR will offer their customers more than 60 new products under the mark “S-BUDGET”. Above all it is dealt with products from area of basic foods which will be available for very favourable prices with keeping strict quality conditions given by the company SPAR.
