Other industrial zone in Pilsen will cut nine hectares of land

Nine hectares mainly of arable land, tens of trees as well as cottage colony will disappear at the south-east edge of Pilsen where a new industrial zone Bručná Business Park will grow. It will offer 550 work places. Today’s Právo writes it in a regional section. The complex will be built by a Prague developer firm Somerville between Slavonic feeder road, a railway line to České Budějovice, and Barvínkova street. “It is dealt with a place with a very good road and in the future also rail-way connection”, Said Jiří Sudolský, a deputy investor.

Salmonella in our pig breedings almost does not exist

In comparison with many EU member states the Czech Republic, concerning a frequency of salmonellas in pig breedings, is well off. Josef Duben, a spokesman of the State Veterinary Administration CR (SVS) referred to it. According to Duben from a report of European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) on occurrence of salmonella in slaughtered pigs in twenty-five EU member states over years 2006 - 2007 it results that for example salmonella had been found out in 7,7 % of samples in such an advanced country as Denmark; in Germany even in 18 % of samples; while in the CR it is 5,8 %.

State lastly defend coal, channel and power station

The Ministry of Local Development worked out a proposal of the state’s imagination of the Czech Republic development. The proposed material still contains protection of area for a power station in Blahutovice in the region Nový Jičín as well as a water channel Elbe-Odra-Danube. It is going to defend also a coal-seam in the Frenštát region. Now it sends a document with a name Policy of Territorial Development of the CR 2008 to be remarked and also citizen can express their opinion till the 16th September. Milk will possibly increase in price during holidays

Consumers will enjoy cheaper milk and some milk products still for some months. That thanks to reverberation of so called milk crisis which burst out in Germany a month ago. German market significantly influences the Czech one. However, since May world prices of dry milk have grown again and it will show itself not only on a farmer buy-out price but also in shops. According to experts it can happen already during holidays which usually do not favour to increase of milk prices
