Soya attacks eight-month maximum

A price growth of the most active July futures contract for soya was recorded in frame of yesterday´s séance on the change Chicago Board of Trade. The reason was yesterday´s news about increasing export demand for the mentioned commodity in the USA. According the American Ministry of Agriculture, American exporters has sold 236 thous. metric tons of soya in Egypt and China and this fact, according to USDA, should in outcome represents 37-percent fall of final soya reserves before start of this year´s harvest.

Land adjustments have cost state almost 11 billion crowns till this time

Land adjustments since 1991 cost the state almost 11 billion crowns. In total more than 15 billion crowns was used for steps to merge or divide land or for a renewal of rural roads in the same time. It results from data of the Central Land Office. Especially small villages do not have enough means for these measures, therefore the state helps them financially, however, also money from the European Union. A president of the Standing Commission of Senate for rural development Ludmila Müllerová told today. She conveyed, that in time of economic recession municipalities fear that the state will re duce a support of realization of adjustments.

Trap waits for protected animals. From politicians

Conservationists do not agree with changes in a law. Controversial proposals were put forward even by the Committee for Environment. In the future it could be surprisingly easy to obtain permission for shoot of a lynx or an otter. It would be enough simple reasons: they eat too many roes or fish. And it is not the only controversial measure which could be introduced by amendments enclosed to a novel of the law on nature conservation.

Reduction of veterinary requirements for food processing and sale

Besides sale of small amounts of own basic industry products directly to a final consumer and their supply in a local retail shop, European regulations enable smaller food enterprises or farms also to be engaged in processing and retail activity. In harmony with European legislative a public notice 128/2009 Col. was issued on adaptation of veterinary and sanitary requirements for some food enterprises in which animal products are treated: meat, poultry, milk (cow, sheep, goat) eggs, fish.
