Cereal price will possibly grow after this year´s harvest owing to a lower crop and after last year´s significant decrease, caused by a record harvest, it should return to the usual level. A vice-president of Agrarian Chamber, Jindřich Šnejdrla, said it to journalists. According to ACH estimation, farmers will harvest roughly 6,5 million tons of basic cereals on Czech fields, which would be approximately by one million tons of cereals less against last year´s crop. Also farmers in many European countries reputedly expect lower harvest.” This year´s crop will be surely lower than the record harvest in 2008.
