Swine fever is still monitored
A favourable infection situation in occurrence of classical swine fever in the CR and surrounding states, and a termination of oral vaccination of wild pigs in Slovakia led to disappearance of antidotes against this infection in a wild pig population. This disease in domestic pigs has been monitored on base of occurrence of antidotes in wild pigs till this time because there was a higher risk of importation of the infection in breeding in near areas.
